Members of EMERG will again be running the East Midlands Ham and Electronics Rally, which will take place at Beckingham Village Hall, Southfield Lane, Doncaster DN10 4FX on 12th September 2026. Although the venue has a Doncaster postcode, please note that it is in fact very close to Gainsborough and well connected to road networks - see map at the bottom of this page. We invite traders and visitors with an interest in any aspect of radio - including CB radio - or in computers and electronics to attend and make this a fantastic event!
We are offering overnight camping on Friday 11th September 2026 at £10.00 per pitch.
Inside tables at £10.00 each inc two members of your staff. (recommend booking, we do sell out)
Inside the Marquee (Bring your own 6ft tables) at £8.0 each inc two members of your staff.
Outside 10ft pitch (car-boot style) at £6.00.

Terms and Conditions
This is just a little more information you need to be aware of, to ensure that we can run this event in a safe and inclusive way, that also respects the venue:
- when setting up, traders must ensure that all walkways are kept clear from 09:00.
- traders must ensure that they do not leave any items or rubbish on their pitch or on there inside table when departing site.
- the organisers take no responsibility for loss or damage to goods anywhere on site.
- well-behaved dogs are welcome on site but must be on a lead at all times.
- Traders must vacate the site no later than 14:15 to allow the site to be cleaned and completely vacated before 15:00.
