Today was the first meeting of the groups committee with some invited guests.Various topics were discussed including RSGB membership, the forthcoming Rally, the Group’s aims and organization and future events.

After eighty minutes the main agreed actions were: apply for RSGB membership, increase marketing for the rally, investigate Armed Forces Day, discuss call signs with Ofcom and elect Phil G8KLC onto the committee as Vice-chairman to assist Chris.

This brings the committee up to full strength with: Alyn Price 2E0BMA Chairman, Phil Webber G8KLC Vice-chairman, John Derbyshire Treasurer, Ann Webber G1PRM Secretary, and Andrew White M0OOO Membership Secretary
